Our Warranty

Every Gorilla Works install is backed by our workmanship warranty, and we go over the details with you before the project starts so you know exactly what is covered. Here is what each service carries.

Fencing

The warranty only means something if the fence is built right, so we build to the same standards on every job: Grade 1 western red cedar at no upcharge, stainless steel fasteners on every cedar install, and posts set in concrete or lifetime steel posts. See how we build on our fence installation page.

Windows

Qualifying window installations and replacements carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers both the Milgard product and our installation. Our crews are factory-certified to install Milgard windows the way Milgard says to, and you get the warranty in writing before the first old window comes out. More on our window installation page.

Siding

Qualifying siding installations are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering materials and workmanship. We install James Hardie siding, which also carries its own manufacturer warranty. More on our siding installation page.
